Little Blue Project Overview
Little Blue is a 27m, 230gt Explorer motor yacht, built by Jade Yachts. She was built in Taiwan in 2007 and made with a steel hull and alloy superstructure.
Dan Airey has been the captain onboard for 5 years, previously Dan was an engineer for 6 years on the boats. His plumbing and gas fitting background helped him enter the industry. Dan joined the boat in France and has sailed the Caribbean, Bahamas, East coast USA all the way up to Boston, Cuba, Mexico, Panama Canal, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Fiji, New Caledonia, the east coast of Australia, Tasmania and they are currently in Vanuatu.
Little Blue sleeps 8 guest and runs with 4 to 5 crew. 4 crew live on board permanently. Everywhere has been exciting and special in its very own way. Little Blue just loves to travel.

Little Blue was on the Gold Coast for about 10 weeks and underwent a full hull spray that came out amazing and the Total Refinishing crew that worked endless hours managed to have us back in the water for our very tight schedule.
The future for Little Blue at the moment is to start chartering in NZ and the Pacific with exciting trips to come with the America’s Cup coming up in 2021.

The gang of lads from Total Refinishing putting in the hours and were respectful of the crew and the owner’s prize possession. They ran a clean site and I had all the required trades at my fingertips.
